Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what information Say Yes Services LLC collects through this website and how we use, share, and protect it.

Effective July 30, 2026

1. Who we are

Say Yes Services LLC (“Say Yes Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through this website. Separate websites linked here, including YesIAmCheap.com and SmartDebtPlanner.com, may have their own privacy policies.

2. Information you provide

We may collect information you voluntarily submit, including:

  • your name and email address;
  • your organization and type of inquiry;
  • event timing, audience size, coaching goals, and preferred start timeframe;
  • the contents of your message; and
  • other information you choose to provide when communicating with us.

Please do not submit highly sensitive information—such as Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, tax documents, medical records, or passwords—through the website.

3. Information collected automatically

When you use the website, our hosting and technical-service providers may automatically process limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages requested, date and time of access, and diagnostic or security information.

The website does not currently use advertising cookies or sell visitor profiles for targeted advertising. Necessary technologies may be used to deliver the site, maintain security, prevent abuse, and remember essential settings.

4. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • respond to speaking, workshop, media, consulting, coaching, and bulk-purchase inquiries;
  • communicate with you and evaluate whether an engagement is a good fit;
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website;
  • detect spam, fraud, abuse, and technical problems;
  • maintain business records and enforce our Terms; and
  • comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and safety.

We do not use inquiry information to add you to a newsletter or promotional mailing list unless you separately request or consent to that communication.

5. How information is shared

We may disclose information:

  • to service providers that help us host the website, process inquiry forms, deliver email, prevent spam, or support website security;
  • to professional advisers when reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, insurance, or business purposes;
  • when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request;
  • when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or the integrity of the website; or
  • in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate protections.

Website inquiries are currently processed through FormSubmit and delivered to Say Yes Services LLC by email. Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell personal information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Data retention

We retain inquiry and correspondence information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate or manage a potential engagement, keep appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the communication and whether a business relationship develops.

7. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no website, email transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You provide information at your own risk.

8. Your privacy choices and rights

You may ask us to provide access to, correct, or delete personal information associated with your inquiry. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights, including rights to know about certain data practices, request deletion or correction, or appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.

To make a request, use our contact form and select “Website or privacy question.” We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

9. Children’s privacy

This website is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 submitted personal information through the website, please contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

10. Visitors outside the United States

Say Yes Services LLC is based in the United States. If you access the website from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.

11. External links

We may link to websites we do not control. This Policy does not cover those websites. Review their privacy policies before providing personal information.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the website or our practices change. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through another reasonable method when required by law.

13. Contact us
